Mazu Networks Announces Technology Alliance with nCircle
Partnership Enables Faster and More Accurate Remediation of Network Vulnerabilities
RSA CONFERENCE, SAN JOSE, CALIF. and CAMBRIDGE, MASS. - Mazu Networks, the leading provider of behavior-based network security solutions, today announced a technology alliance with nCircle, a leading provider of enterprise-class vulnerability and risk management solutions. The partnership will integrate Mazu Profiler™, a Network Behavior Analysis (NBA) system, with nCircle IP360™, a vulnerability and risk management solution.

Together, the technologies will enable a faster and more accurate response to security threats by providing enterprises with access to both, real-time network analysis and protection through Mazu Profiler, and always up-to-date vulnerability scan data through nCircle IP360. The combined solution will enable customers to have a centralized view of comprehensive security events leading to more efficient network remediation.

By using this integrated solution set, customers can use a single console to:
- Receive detailed vulnerability information - collected by IP360 - in alerts generated by Mazu Profiler
- View detailed vulnerability information provided by IP360 specific to a device
- Launch vulnerability scans of varying scope using IP360 based on heuristics from Mazu Profiler
