Mazu Networks Names Doug Antaya Vice President of Marketing

Industry Veteran to Guide Rapid Growth of NBA Systems in the Network Operations Market

CAMBRIDGE , MASS. - April 3, 2007 - Mazu Networks, the leading(1) provider of Network Behavior Analysis (NBA) systems, today announced Doug Antaya as vice president of marketing. Antaya brings more than 20 years of experience in product management and marketing in the networking industry to Mazu Networks. In his vice president of marketing role, Antaya will use his strong industry background to communicate the value NBA brings to network operations and help manage the ever-increasing demand for NBA systems in this expanded market.

Prior to joining Mazu Networks, Antaya was a cofounder and vice president of marketing and product management for Converged Access. Previously, Antaya held similar positions at Sitara Networks, Ironbridge, Sync Research and Tylink Corporation. He was also a cofounder and director of marketing at Coral Networks and has held senior marketing positions at Proteon and Motorola/Codex. Antaya is a graduate of Dartmouth College and has an MBA from Northeastern University.
