Mazu Networks CEO to Present at the MassNetComms Annual Investors Conference


CAMBRIDGE, MASS. - May 9, 2007

Who:

Paul Brady, chief executive officer, Mazu Networks, Inc., the leading(1) provider of Network Behavior Analysis (NBA) systems.

What:

Brady to present in the Network Security track during The Massachusetts Network Communications Council's (MassNetComms) Annual Investors Conference. During his presentation Brady will discuss Mazu Networks, the NBA market and the related competitive landscape. Further, Brady will shed light on the increasing market demand for continuous global visibility into enterprise networks and how NBA systems help optimize network infrastructures to support businesses, secure internal networks and maximize application availability.

The MassNetComm Investors Conference draws more than 400 participants and showcases 35 regional high tech companies, providing a unique forum for investors, analysts, industry decision-makers and the media to get current information about a select group of the Commonwealth's top performers. Speaker Biography:

Paul J. Brady, chief executive officer
Paul Brady has more than twenty years of experience in the general management and strategic development of high-growth businesses in the technology industry. Brady has a track record of leadership and success in establishing, developing, growing and operating solutions-oriented technology companies. As chief executive officer of Mazu Networks, Brady is responsible for revenue growth, customer acquisition, customer retention and business operations.

Most recently, Brady was president and chief operating officer of Guardent, a leading Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) that was acquired by VeriSign (NASDAQ: VRSN) in February of 2004. Prior to joining Guardent, Brady was the senior vice president of services at Exodus Communications.

Previously, Brady was president of Cohesive Technology Solutions, where he helped direct the merger of Cohesive into Exodus Communications in 1999. Prior to that, Brady was founder and chief executive officer of Business Technologies Consulting Group, an IT services firm ranked as a "Fast 50" company in 1998 by Deloitte & Touche. His firm was distinguished as the eighth fasting growing technology company in New England and the 60th fastest growing company in the U.S. in 1998.

Brady received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Hofstra University and a MBA from the Sloan Business School at MIT where he was an Alfred P. Sloan fellow
